## Shipping Policy

KikkiNurt Gifts works with trusted makers and brands across the United States. Your order ships directly from the maker, so items in one order may arrive in separate packages.

### Processing time
- Most items ship within 1 to 3 business days.
- Personalized and engraved items are made to order and usually ship within 5 to 7 business days.

### Delivery time
Once shipped, most US orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days. Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout based on your address and the items in your cart.

### Holiday orders
For delivery before Christmas, we recommend ordering by December 10, or by December 5 for personalized items. Carriers get busy in December, so earlier is always safer.

### Tracking
You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as each package ships.

### Lost or damaged packages
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will work with the maker to make it right.
